QUESTRADE FINANCIAL GROUP
Junior UX Designer
Worked along the investing and banking design teams to prototype portals / flows. Reworked designs and participated in design sprints to ideate new flows for current practices. Learned to support the ux team, devs, visual team as well as stakeholders.

UXDSA (USER EXPERIENCE DESIGN STUDENT ASSOCIATION) @ WLU (Wilfred Laurier University)
PRESIDENT
Collaborated with industry partners to bring workshops to Wilfred Laurier University for students in the user experience design student association. Held events for the community, and facilitated networking opportunities. Created a virtual space for students to connect and gather resources, and stay up to date with events, announcements - 150+ members joined the server.

Worked with my team to conduct research and work on a design problem focusing on student experience and wellness initiatives at Laurier. Prototyped, and developed Laurier Personalized Notifications, a notification assistant for students.

BIA BRANTFORD
USER DESIGNER / UX RESEARCHER
Created a localized food delivery app to increase profits for business in Downtown, Brantford. Responsible for leading research, conducting user interviews, prototyping and contributing to feedback sessions. Honourable mention in the ACERS SHOWCASE 2022.
